Each unit pairs an absorptive section (mineral-wool splitters faced in perforated stainless) with reactive expansion chambers tuned to the engine's firing frequencies. The split between the two is set by your octave-band data, so low-frequency rumble and high-frequency hiss are both brought within the limit.
Built To Your Specification
There is no catalogue part number. We start from your acoustic survey and process data, then design, manufacture and commission a unit that meets the target on site.
We review octave-band sound data, gas flow, temperature and back-pressure limits to define the required insertion loss.
Acoustic and mechanical engineers size the absorptive and reactive elements, then produce GA and fabrication drawings for approval.
The unit is fabricated and quality-checked at our own production facility in Poland to the approved specification.
Units are shipped, installed and verified against the acoustic target, with documentation handed over on completion.
