Single source, engine to stack
Silencers, SCR, DPF, vent silencers, diffusers, chimneys, pressure vessels and steel structures: one technical contact, one contract, one consolidated delivery.
Axces is an engineering-led specialist solving emission, acoustic, stack and flow problems for demanding industrial and marine clients.
One continuous process, kept in-house, from the first calculation through fabrication to the system leaving our workshop.
Design, calculation and detailing.
Welding and assembly in-house.
Delivery to site or quayside.
Accumulated know-how across four closely related disciplines, applied one project at a time.
Axces has spent more than twenty years building depth in four closely related disciplines: emission reduction, acoustic attenuation, industrial stacks, and steam and flow control. That know-how is held by the engineers who design, calculate and commission the equipment, and it compounds with every project that passes through the workshop.
We hold a standard product range, but in practice almost every system is engineered to order. Each one is dimensioned to the client's process conditions, geometry and acceptance criteria, then manufactured and delivered as a bespoke installation for industrial plants and marine vessels that expect the specification to be met exactly. The emphasis is on depth over scale: a narrow set of things, done to a standard that holds up in the field.
Most exhaust suppliers sell from a catalogue. Axces engineers from a brief. Every system starts with the customer's operating envelope (engines, gas properties, noise limits, emission targets, codes) and is designed, manufactured and delivered specifically to that brief. Six things make this approach work.
Silencers, SCR, DPF, vent silencers, diffusers, chimneys, pressure vessels and steel structures: one technical contact, one contract, one consolidated delivery.
Computational Fluid Dynamics modelling on every project, optimising the balance between noise reduction, emission performance and back-pressure across the operating range.
Axces is one of the only companies worldwide issuing CE marking on complete freestanding chimney + silencer combinations under EN 13084-7, a unique compliance position.
PED 2014/68/EU, ASME Section VIII, AD 2000, EN 13084, EN 1090-2, IMO Tier III, EU Stage V, EPA Tier 4: designs adapted to your project's specific code basis.
Production in our own facility, no outsourcing dependencies. Lead times are committed and tracked. EPC contractors and end-users get on-time delivery to the milestone.
Equipment engineered for the platform's full service life: 25+ years marine, 40+ years defence. Configuration management, spares supply and obsolescence planning included.
Each division owns a discipline end to end, from calculation and design through manufacture, delivery and commissioning.

Explore pressure controlAxces operates from two facilities: engineering and project management headquartered in the Netherlands, and steel fabrication in our own Polish production hall, recently expanded with a new warehouse for material storage and faster project turnaround. No outsourcing, full quality control, short lead times.
Our Dutch headquarters houses the engineering team, project managers, sales and aftersales support. CFD modelling, structural calculations, code compliance and customer-facing technical work happen here, close to the European industrial heartland and within reach of global clients.
Our Polish production facility is the engine room of Axces: 2,400 m² of EN 1090-2 certified steel fabrication and EN 3834-2 welding capability. Recently expanded with a new warehouse for material staging and project consolidation, enabling faster lead times and competitive pricing on every order.
