One interface for the noisy, hot and pressurised scope.

On a large industrial build the silencers, emission systems, pressure equipment and stacks usually arrive from four different suppliers, and the interfaces between them become the contractor’s problem. Axces consolidates that scope: noise control, emission control, pressure equipment and industrial stacks engineered and supplied as one coordinated package.

We work from the project specification, P&IDs and tag list. Acoustic, process and structural calculations are run together so attenuation, emission performance, back-pressure and stack loads are consistent across the package, not optimised in isolation and reconciled on site.

Everything is fabricated in our own facility to the project’s design codes and execution class, delivered DN-matched and PN-rated to the tag list, and handed over with the calculation, material and test documentation an EPC dossier requires.

Fewer interfaces, one accountable engineering partner.

Five reasons EPC contractors and end users hand the noise, emission and stack scope to Axces.

From specification to a coordinated, documented package.

A four-step process that takes interface and schedule risk off the contractor’s critical path.

  1. Specify

We take the project specification, P&IDs and tag list and define the acoustic, emission, pressure and structural scope as one package.

  2. Model

Acoustic, process and structural calculations are run together so the package is internally consistent before fabrication.

  3. Fabricate

Items are built in our own facility to the project design codes and execution class, with full material and weld traceability.

  4. Commission

We coordinate delivery, support installation and witness testing, and hand over the documentation dossier.

The pressures shaping large industrial builds.

Schedule, coordination and documentation demands make multi-supplier scopes a project risk.

Multi-vendor interfaces

Silencers, emission, pressure and stacks from separate suppliers create interface gaps that surface late, on site.

Compressed EPC schedules

Construction programmes leave little float; packages have to arrive complete and on the delivery week.

Documentation burden

Calculations, certificates and test records must match the project’s design codes and execution class exactly.

Scope and load coordination

Acoustic, process and structural requirements interact, and have to be reconciled before steel is cut.
