Pressure control solutions for heavy industry
Diffusers, pulsation dampeners, vent silencers and pressure vessels, engineered to manage pressure, pulsation and flow within your process limits. Specified in-house, validated by modelling, manufactured in our own production facility.
Pressure and pulsation, managed by design
Axces pressure control solutions manage pressure, pulsation and flow energy across the process, sizing each component against measured operating data, not a catalogue part number.
Every project starts with the process data: flow rate, operating and design pressure, temperature and the pulsation or back-pressure limits you have to meet. From there our engineers select diffusers, dampeners, vent silencers or pressure vessels, model the result, and confirm it against the specification before fabrication begins.
The range spans flow diffusers, reciprocating-compressor pulsation dampeners, atmospheric vent silencers and code-stamped pressure vessels, all built to the same engineering discipline and integrated with the surrounding plant.
Pulsation and flow modelling
Acoustic and CFD analysis to predict pulsation, pressure drop and flow distribution before manufacture.
In-house mechanical design
Diffusers, dampeners and vessels sized to pressure, temperature and fatigue limits.
Survey and commissioning
On-site survey, installation support and post-install verification on the running plant.
Pressure control product range
Four families covering flow, pulsation and pressure containment. Each links to a single canonical product page.
Diffusers
Perforated diffusers that drop pressure and even out high-velocity flow.

Vent Silencers
Atmospheric blow-off and start-up vent silencing for steam and gas.

Case study · Industrial & EPC
An ASME U-Stamp pulsation dampener for an iron plant
A 1,800 mm × 7,000 mm pulsation dampener, built to ASME VIII Division 1 with the U-Stamp designator, smoothing a reciprocating compressor and protecting the downstream piping.
Knowledge hub
Protecting piping from compressor pulsation
Why reciprocating compressors create pressure pulsation, the piping vibration and fatigue it causes, and how volume-and-choke dampeners and API 618 frame the design.

In-house mechanical engineering
Equipment is specified by our own engineers against your process data and pressure limits, not picked from a catalogue.
Pulsation and FEA capability
Pulsation studies paired with FEA let us balance pressure drop, flow and fatigue life before manufacture.
Own production in Poland
Fabrication in our own facility keeps quality, lead time and weld traceability under direct control.
Process and power track record
Delivered diffusers, dampeners and vessels on process, power and marine projects with verified results.
How an Axces project runs
Survey and data
We capture flow, operating and design pressure, temperature and the pulsation limits you have to meet.
Engineering and modelling
Candidate designs are modelled for pulsation, pressure drop and flow and checked against the specification.
Design and manufacture
Drawings are signed off, then fabricated and inspected in our own production facility.
Install and verify
We support installation and confirm the result on the running plant.
