Power Generation Fourteen roof-mounted skids that combine an SCR catalyst, an exhaust silencer and a spark arrestor in one housing, for the 1,100 kWe containerised Cummins gensets of a power plant in South America. Each is designed to bring NOx from about 4,500 to 225 mg/Nm³.
Industrial & EPC A large code-stamped pulsation dampener for a reciprocating compressor at an iron production plant in Trinidad and Tobago. Designed and manufactured to ASME VIII Division 1 with the U-Stamp designator, 1,800 mm in diameter and 7,000 mm long, rated for 3 bar at 150 °C, to smooth compressor pulsation and protect the downstream piping.
Industrial & EPC Inlet, pre-inlet, blow-off, base-frame outlet and compressor discharge silencers for a blower manufacturer's machine packages: 22 silencers in three deliveries in 2025, including a repeat order. The discharge silencer is a pressure vessel to EN 13445, PED Category III.
Power Generation Forty-eight complete exhaust systems (ducting, exhaust silencer and chimney) for a 450 MW gas-engine power plant in the UK. The plant's 95 gas engines are routed through the stacks in an unusual configuration: 47 systems each carry two engines into a single stack, with one system serving a single engine. Every exhaust holds the plant to 69 dB(A) at one metre, CE marked and designed to EN 13084-7.
Industrial & EPC Two freestanding single-flue chimneys, each 4.5 m in diameter and 80 m tall, built entirely from stainless steel for a coastal site, engineered, manufactured and installed by Axces to disperse process gases from a potato factory in France.
Data Centers Twenty-eight skid-mounted SCR systems with integrated exhaust silencers for the 2,500 kWe emergency gensets of a datacenter in the Netherlands, built to hold each engine to 190 mg/Nm³ NOx and delivered in four batches of seven.
Data Centers Fourteen complete exhaust systems, each combining an integrated exhaust silencer and a self-supporting chimney, engineered to hold the diesel backup gensets of a new hyperscale datacenter to 75 dB(A) at one metre. CE marked and designed to EN 13084-7, fabricated in-house and delivered as installation-ready modules.
Data Centers Twenty-one containerised, all-in-one exhaust after-treatment systems engineered to bring the diesel backup gensets of a Swiss datacenter into line with Switzerland's strict air-quality rules. Each container integrates DOC, DPF and SCR with an exhaust silencer, chimney and continuous emissions monitoring, delivering 99% soot reduction, 95% NOx reduction and 75 dB(A) at one metre.
Oil & Gas Two Ø3.8 m exhaust silencers with concentric annular baffles, placed in the gas turbine exhaust duct ahead of the waste heat recovery unit of a petrochemical plant in the Middle East. Designed for exhaust gas up to 565 °C and 96 kg/s, with a guaranteed 85 dB(A) at 1 m.
Industrial & EPC Eight guyed stainless steel chimneys, five of them twin-flue, with their silencers on new galvanised rooftop steel frames, replacing the exhaust of twelve process fans at a food plant in the Netherlands. Axces designed, supplied and erected the system, including the crane lifts onto the roof.
Oil & Gas A steam vent silencer for 24.7 t/h of superheated steam at 33 bar(a) and 420 °C at a refinery in Scandinavia. Five diffuser stages and an absorptive section bring the vent to a guaranteed 85 dB(A) at 1 m, with the pressure-bearing inlet section designed to ASME VIII Division 1 and certified under the PED as Category II.
Oil & Gas A Ø2 m steam vent silencer that takes the discharge of two safety valves, 121,640 kg/h of steam in total, at a refinery in the United Kingdom. Sliding inlets absorb the movement of the discharge piping, and the inlet sections are designed to ASME VIII Division 1 and declared under the PED as Category I.
