Industrial & EPC A large code-stamped pulsation dampener for a reciprocating compressor at an iron production plant in Trinidad and Tobago. Designed and manufactured to ASME VIII Division 1 with the U-Stamp designator, 1,800 mm in diameter and 7,000 mm long, rated for 3 bar at 150 °C, to smooth compressor pulsation and protect the downstream piping.
Power Generation Forty-eight complete exhaust systems (ducting, exhaust silencer and chimney) for a 450 MW gas-engine power plant in the UK. The plant's 95 gas engines are routed through the stacks in an unusual configuration: 47 systems each carry two engines into a single stack, with one system serving a single engine. Every exhaust holds the plant to 69 dB(A) at one metre, CE marked and designed to EN 13084-7.
Industrial & EPC Two freestanding single-flue chimneys, each 4.5 m in diameter and 80 m tall, built entirely from stainless steel for a coastal site, engineered, manufactured and installed by Axces to disperse process gases from a potato factory in France.
Data Centers Fourteen complete exhaust systems, each combining an integrated exhaust silencer and a self-supporting chimney, engineered to hold the diesel backup gensets of a new hyperscale datacenter to 75 dB(A) at one metre. CE marked and designed to EN 13084-7, fabricated in-house and delivered as installation-ready modules.
Data Centers Twenty-one containerised, all-in-one exhaust after-treatment systems engineered to bring the diesel backup gensets of a Swiss datacenter into line with Switzerland's strict air-quality rules. Each container integrates DOC, DPF and SCR with an exhaust silencer, chimney and continuous emissions monitoring, delivering 99% soot reduction, 95% NOx reduction and 75 dB(A) at one metre.
