Axces emission control solutions bring flue gas within permitted limits at the source, sizing each system against measured gas data and a target reduction in mg/Nm³, not a catalogue part number.
Every project starts with the gas analysis: flow rate, temperature, oxygen content and the inlet and target concentrations for NOx, particulates or odour compounds. From there our engineers select the right reduction technology (SCR catalyst, oxidation catalyst, filtration or separation), model the result, and confirm it against the permit before fabrication begins.
The range spans SCR and DeNOx systems for NOx reduction, particulate and soot filtration, diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC) for odour and smoke control, and gas–liquid and particulate separation, all built to the same engineering discipline and integrated with the surrounding plant.
