Noise control solutions for heavy industry
Silencers and pulsation dampeners engineered to a measured insertion-loss target, from exhaust and vent lines to gas-turbine packages. Specified in-house, validated by acoustic modelling, manufactured in our own production facility.
Acoustic engineering, from source to specification
Axces noise control solutions reduce airborne and exhaust noise at the source, sizing each silencer against a measured spectrum and a target insertion loss in dB(A), not a catalogue part number.
Every project starts with the acoustic data: octave-band source levels, flow rate, gas temperature and back-pressure limits. From there our engineers select between reactive, absorptive and combination silencer designs, model the result, and confirm it against the contract specification before a single plate is cut.
The range spans engine and process exhaust silencers, atmospheric vent silencers, fan and compressor blower silencers, reciprocating-compressor pulsation dampeners, complete gas-turbine intake and exhaust trains, and compact vacuum-pump silencers, all built to the same engineering discipline.

Specifying dB(A) noise-reduction targets
What dB(A), insertion loss and octave-band data actually mean when you specify a silencer, and the common mistakes that make a noise specification unbuildable.

In-house acoustic engineering
Silencers are specified by our own acoustic engineers against your spectrum and insertion-loss target, not picked from a catalogue.
TMM and CFD capability
Transfer-matrix acoustics paired with CFD lets us balance attenuation against back-pressure before manufacture.
Own production in Poland
Fabrication in our own facility keeps quality, lead time and weld traceability under direct control.
Datacenter and maritime track record
Delivered on standby-power, marine and turbine projects with verified post-install measurements.
How an Axces project runs
Survey and data
We capture octave-band source levels, flow, temperature and the boundary limit you have to meet.
Acoustic modelling
Candidate silencer designs are modelled with TMM and CFD and checked against back-pressure limits.
Design and manufacture
Drawings are signed off, then fabricated and inspected in our own production facility.
Install and verify
We support installation and confirm the result with a post-install measurement on site.
