As a Welder at our Polish production facility you build the equipment Axces is known for: silencers, SCR reactors, pressure equipment and stacks, fabricated and welded from heavy steel to exacting project specifications. You work to certified procedures under PED and ASME requirements, and the quality of your welds is part of what we guarantee to the customer. We are hiring several certified welders to join a skilled production team.
What you’ll do
- Fabricate and weld heavy steel assemblies to drawings and project specifications.
- Weld to qualified procedures (WPS) and to PED / ASME requirements.
- Work in carbon and stainless steels using MIG/MAG and TIG processes.
- Prepare joints, fit up assemblies and check your own work against drawings.
- Work with the welding coordinator and QA to meet inspection and NDT requirements.
- Keep your work area, equipment and safety practices in good order.
What you bring
- A recognised welding qualification, with valid certificates (e.g. ISO 9606) for the relevant processes and positions.
- Proven experience welding heavy steel fabrications, ideally pressure equipment or structural steel.
- The ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols.
- Experience working to PED / ASME and within an EN ISO 3834-2 quality framework is a strong plus.
- A careful, quality-focused approach and a solid safety mindset.
- Reliability and the ability to work well in a production team.
