As Sales & Project Coordinator you keep noise-reduction projects running smoothly from the first quotation to final delivery. You are the organisational backbone between sales, engineering, production and the customer: preparing quotations, processing orders, tracking progress and making sure everyone is working to the same scope and schedule. It’s a role for someone who likes order, communicates clearly and enjoys being the person who keeps things on track.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and follow up quotations together with the sales and engineering teams.
- Process orders and keep project and customer data accurate in our systems.
- Coordinate scope, schedule and information flow between sales, engineering and production.
- Be a day-to-day contact for customers on order status, documentation and logistics.
- Track milestones, flag delays early, and help keep projects on plan.
- Support the sales team with reporting, follow-ups and administration.
What you bring
- An MBO/HBO-level education and a few years in sales support, project coordination or order management.
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
- Confidence with ERP/CRM systems and the standard office tools.
- Clear, friendly communication with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to juggle several projects without dropping the ball.
- Professional Dutch and English.
