As Sales Manager you own our noise-reduction portfolio commercially. You build long-term relationships with industrial, marine and EPC clients, understand the technical problem behind each enquiry, and turn it into a quoted, won and delivered project. This is consultative, technical B2B sales: you are credible with engineers, comfortable with acoustics and exhaust systems, and you work hand in hand with our engineering team to scope the right solution.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow the noise-reduction sales portfolio: new business and existing accounts.
- Translate customer problems into technical solutions together with engineering.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close projects.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants and EPC contractors.
- Represent Axces at industry events and maintain a healthy, well-managed pipeline.
- Feed market and customer insight back into product and engineering decisions.
What you bring
- A technical or commercial degree, or equivalent experience in technical B2B sales.
- 5+ years selling engineered capital equipment, ideally in acoustics, exhaust, HVAC or process industries.
- The ability to hold a credible technical conversation with engineers and decision-makers.
- A consultative, relationship-driven style and a track record of closing complex deals.
- Willingness to travel to customers and professional English; further languages are a plus.
- Comfort working closely with engineering rather than selling from a brochure.
